文法系：学生走进淮安市中级人民法院旁听
现在进行法庭调查，由上诉人向法庭陈述上诉请求以及所依据的事实和理由。”11月4日，人文法律系组织学生走进淮安市中级人民法院进行旁听，感受庭审氛围以及法律在现实案件中的运用。 本次学生旁听的是民事类诉讼案件，涉及到了合同债权的转让、合同的性质等多个方面。庭审持续2个多小时，最后以审判长宣布维持原判结束。“听得真过瘾，学到了好多东西，还有我们最近才学到的知识”。“如果和解该多好啊，这样双方都获利了”
